Monday Musings, April 17
Happy Monday Friends!
I trust your Easter and Passover weekends were filled with family, eggs and moments of pause and reflection. We enjoyed having the ‘band back together’ for an all-too-quick 45 hours; but we soaked in every minute of it.
We are also still prepping our home to get it ready to sell…supposedly someone’s coming this week to photograph and video. Guess that means it’s really happening!
And a little fun fact for you…47 years ago today, the ill-fated Apollo 13 returned safely to earth. That crew and their NASA support team were perfect examples of ingenuity and stubborn faith.
Onto fun findings from the interweb:
I am always looking for ways to ‘ditch the wheat’. Looking forward to baking these!
Are you limited with yard space but still want to grow your own vegetables? This primer should help. I’m actually thinking of trying to grow my zucchinis in a pot on my deck…my last ditch attempt to avoid those #@%$#@(*&^% squash-vine borers!
7 books I wish I could download into my brain…an intriguing list.
I was heartbroken when the podcast Serial ended, so clearly I am beyond thrilled that that this podcast has dropped…as in .all.the.episodes.at.one.time. So much for working on delayed gratification.
This lovely piece is speaking to me.
The scent of Wisteria is heavenly. Why not bring it indoors?
Enjoy your week my friends!
