I made this Apple Blueberry Crumble tonight for dessert and it was FANTASTIC. I did use fresh blueberries and Honeycrisp apples and this is definitely a keeper! Thank you.

Honeycrisp are known for keeping their shape when baked. If you are looking for a softer apple, you might consider Red Delicious, McIntosh, and Golden Delicious apples.

Used a frozen mixed berry mix instead of blueberries. A question: I used Honeycrisp apples and diced them fairly small (about the size of playing dice) but wonder if they should have been even smaller since they were rather firm after baking for 50 minutes. Still delicious, served without ice cream.
