i plan on making quite a few for xmas gifts, they work up quickly.
i have a suggestion for sewing squares together, see what you think.
when done with one square, go around the 2 side edges with single crochet.the top and,bottom edges already have finished edges.
when you go to sew squares together, only pickup the back loop, the front loops will form a nice finished edge on your front squares.
.i will be happy to send you a pic when i complete one.it will make the beautiful pattern blocks stand out.
