Great question about the metal pan. Metal pans conduct heat more efficiently than glass, so your brownies will likely bake a bit faster – I’d start checking them about 5 minutes earlier than the recipe states. Look for that same visual cue where the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle. Every oven is different, so keeping an eye on them toward the end is always smart.

Fresh cherries will be absolutely delicious in these!

These brownies are so decadent! I made them with fresh cherries. They are chewy and fudgy goodness.
