Hi Marilyn,

Good question! You would use the amount indicated in the recipe for which you need the chili seasoning. In other words, use it as you would any other chili seasoning. Does that help?

Thanks for leaving your comment Felicity! I am so glad to hear that you have found so many uses for it! Once you start making your own spice mixes, you'll enjoy that you tailor them as you like them.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs,

Really thank you so much for this .I live in the ukabd the chili seasoning here is pretty tasteless and comes in tiny quantities.
I addeda couple of teaspoons to some flour and coated some thin chicken breast fillets in the mixture.
I cooked button mushrooms red and orange capsicums, ender stem brocoli, spring onions, sliced radishes, fresh garlic, sliced fresh ginger, thinly sliced celery in a little olive oil and butter until only just cooked , I hate overcooked vegetables. In another pan I cooked the fillets until just cooked and added them to the vegetables.
I served on a bed of ribbon noodles. It was so tasty .loved your spice mix.
