My husband made this to take to my brother’s for xmas–it was such a hit, they wouldn’t let me take home the leftovers, which were very small even though we doubled the recipe for six people! I was so disappointed I immediately made another for just my husband and me, which we demolished!
I used Stilton (on sale) but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Easy and delicious!
