I also prefer tortillas over bread for ‘sandwiches’ – much easier (and neater) to eat. You may already know this but you didn’t mention it in the recipe so I thought I would mention that it is much easier to ‘wrap’ the filling if you warm the tortilla slightly before you fill it.
