Thanks so much for your kind words and for letting me know that they refried beans recipe has up and vanished! I just went looking for it and can’t find it either. ARGH! Guess I need to get busy and do some searching.

I have been looking at a few of your Mexican inspired recipes and you’ve mentioned “homemade refried beans” but I can’t find your recipe for this. In the nachos recipe you say the “refried bean recipe is below” but I don’t see it and get nothing in search. Could you please give me that recipe Or lead me to it on your site?
