Hi Heather!  I added the thawed fruit and water to the blender and pureed.  I also added a wee bit of water the second day to the &#039;leftovers&#039; as the chia seed absorbed the initial water.  Granola&#039;s a great idea too.

					<description><![CDATA[I made this with frozen mango and just fed it with fresh peaches to my son before an early running practice.  We really like the flavor and I especially like knowing he&#039;s got a good breakfast in his belly before a long run.  When you say to combine the water and thawed fruit, did you mean also in the blender, or in a bowl with a spoon?  My texture looks different from your photo.  I also threw in some granola when we ate it.]]></description>
