In reply to Jean MacDonald.

HI Jean,

When you get to the corner, work an applied i-cord, then, just knit 1 row of stitches that you don't 'apply' to the blanket. Then, knit another row of applied icord into the same corner.

So if you are doing a 4 stitch i-cord:

When you get to the corner, knit the first 3 stitches, knit the next 2 together and attach it to the blanket at the corner by knitting through the corner 1 stitch. Slide those 5 stitches back.

Then, knit 3 stitches, then knit 2 together without attaching them to the blanket, you'll have 4 stitches.

Then, move those 4 stitches back to the other end of the needle and knit them, and put you needle back in the same hole in the corner and attach your icord with that 5th stitch. Then continue your normal i-cord.

Does that make sense? If not, pop back in. I need to make a video showing that.

Hi Janice,

Did you try this video? https://youtu.be/o0NARhkSQzU

There was a quick, preview video and a more regular speed video as well. Let me know if the regular speed one is helpful to you.

Thanks, Lynn

Is there a way to slow down the video shoeing how to knit the I-cord? It seems to be on "speed" mode and it's very difficult to follow. Being a visual learner, I really could use the video along with the written instructions. Thanks!
