The best recipes are the one’s that are passed down from one generation to the next. I love seeing the handwriting of my gran, just like you. It brings them back for a bit. And pecan pie is my favorite!!!

Those little skillets are the bomb! I can’t wait to see what you use them on next!

Hi Susan, thanks for visiting and your kind comments. I was just visiting your site and you and I really think very similarly…we’ve done several projects that are similar…fringed linen napkins, mitred napkins (in fact, I’m in the midst of making some more napkins right now!). And if that’s not enough…I’m in NC too!

Thanks Leigh! Hope you give them a try. And what I wouldn’t give to be planning a trip to Disney this year! Our babies are 19 and 16 and still love our trips to Disney every few years. Maybe one on the calendar for next year! Fingers crossed.

BTW, I lived my life moving around as the child of the Navy so completely get your life…it’s a good one. I cherish my memories of all the different places I lived and experiences I had. No doubt it made the resilient woman I am.
