Question:
About sweet potato dog chews. At what point do you skin them prior to making the chews?
Tried pre-microwave, post microwave
and after dehydrating. None of those are great.
I have a small meat slicer and it was taxing the motor trying to slice with the skins on.

There’s definitely a salad feel to it, but the the sweet potato noodles give it a pasta edge too. Give it try! You’ll love it.
