Foundation”. It’s volunteer groups of knitters, crocheters all around the country help survivors of hurricanes, the homeless, help increase awareness of bullying, dialysis providers Fresenius and DaVita, and tons of other amazing groups. Their website is:

I’m in the process of knitting 7”x9” sections to send to them and they will put them together for blankets for the VA, homeless, etc. It’s a great way to use up leftover yarn.

Check out their website when you get a chance. You’ll be surprised at the wonderful things they do and I was thinking your blog would be a great outlet to such an important group.

That is a great idea! I do something similar, but I end up mixing things up from time to time, so nothing ends up staying in their original ‘room’ box! 😂 Have you finished putting your Christmas decorations away?

I can’t possibly decorate the whole house in one day, so this keeps me focused. I start at the front door and work my way through to the back bedroom (guest room). I can pull out one box at a time. This year the kitchen and guest room boxes stayed in the basement – no one staying overnight, and no one helping in the kitchen. If I decide to switch things around, I just put the items away in their new box.
