Hi friend! Well, it was the ‘deal’ when hubby decided he really wanted to move from our old home. Otherwise, he would have been very fine to leave the old cabinets. Keep working on him Juanita! One of my secrets…ask to have your cabinets painted for your birthday or Christmas present! Or combo of both occasions! Hard to say no to a gift request!😉 The stove is a 15 year old Dacor…I’m waiting to replace it until it absolutely needs it.

I don’t think Harlan Coben wrote the Joe Culver series…I’m on the third book and seems they each stand on their own without a common character between them.

Okay Lynn, I am now very jealous of your new kitchen. Love, love your cabinets. I have wanted to paint mine for a few years now but my husband won’t give up the 80’s oak! One of these days I will get it done I hope.
Yours are beautiful. What is your stove, I like the looks of it.
Someone just told me about Harlen Coben, is that the Joe Court series?

Hi Karen…it’s a process, isn’t it!? But when we take our time, we are more likely to get what we really want and need. And I am so tickled your pickle experts approve of those dill pickles…they are favorite in our family of pickle eaters as well.

Love, love, love your new kitchen look. It took me three years to convince my husband to paint our dated oak cabinets to white. It also took many coats to fill in the grain lines properly, but the end result is beautiful. Now I’m getting rid of a beautiful, but dated, oak china hutch to replace with built-ins on a whole wall! Then that will lead to a new table and chairs………….and I hate looking for new furniture! Love your posts! BTW: the pickles were a big hit, and I have two pickle experts in my family.

Absolutely love your kitchen! I’m where you were – pondering and the “I wonder”
Can you share the color name of the cabinets?
As much as I love reading your page it frustrates me going back and forth. I read, then click on cookies, then back to blankets, then back to company that did cabinets!! Is it the way my computer is set for your newsletter? Can’t they open in a new window?
Have loved Harlan Coben for years. Have your tried David Baldacci?
