Bon Matin Mes Amis!

(figure it's past time to put to use the years of French that I took through High School and College)

We just finished a lovely week having my baby boy home from college.

And in case you've been waiting with bated breath on the outcome of my son's computer that I ‘broke', well…you'll be pleased to know that the computer repair shop did get it up and running. Who knew that getting paint on some micro something or other could cause the whole shebang to fritz (that's the technical description).

But…turns out I am now famous! When my son went to pick up his computer, the repair staff came out to see ‘the guy whose mom got paint on a microchip'. (have I ever told you I'm a messy painter?)

In very exciting news…we are going to see Elton John in his Farewell Yellow Brick Road concert tomorrow! I've been listening to my favorite Elton songs and refreshing my memory with his wonderful lyrics. Yup…I'm one of those who will be singing along.

What's your favorite Elton song? I am so torn…'Crocodile Rock' just brings back fond and fun memories of my youth, but ‘Levon', ‘Your Song' and ‘Rocket Man' are some of my favorites to sing!

Loved the Cochins home in Minnesota. It looks so inviting and comforting. Would love to spend some time there roaming around and visiting with them. Thanks for sharing.

Lynn, when clutter is all antiques and vintage finds, with a good measure of artwork thrown in, then it is worth it! That is one beautiful home and so nicely curated! Hope you have been well.
