Thanks for your message! Actually, I have several pounds of beets that I&#039;m getting ready to ferment! I plan to share the recipe once done. Beets are a fantastic food and fermenting them (like sauerkraut) boosts their nutritional value even more.

I haven&#039;t used beef tallow yet, though I&#039;ve been intrigued. Thanks for the nudge to give it a try.

Always excited to what&#039;s new with you....I was just wondering if you ever cook with beets or make salads including beets. I hear about how healthy they are for people with arthritis and high blood pressure, so I would like to include this high antioxidant vegetable in our meals, would you have any recipes??  I never grew up eating this but we are interested in trying something new.  I also wanted to let you know that in Canada here, we are using Beef Tallow for our skin care, an excellent natural face cream, which contains Vitamins A, D, E and K.  Excellent for people with many skin issues and it&#039;s working for my fine lines and sun spots. Just wanted to pass this along, you can find many farmers selling this from Canada. I strongly encourage people to try, as women used to use this long before all these products came to be in drug stores today.  Have yourself a great day!]]></description>
