Hi Jo,

I *think* so unless your gluten-free flower already has the cornstarch in it. I’ve not made these gluten free. If you do, I’d love to know how they turn out so that I can share with other gf readers.

I’m gonna make the soup and pumpkin spice cookies! Saved them to my Home Screen.😀
I always host our card group in October and have made the same pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for several years in a row. They’re yummy but I’ve been looking for something different. This year I made something new (caramel popcorn brownies) but they were just meh (let’s face it, likely user error!🤪)
SO, I will make the pumpkin spice cookies for my fam this year and will have something new to try for my card night next year!
