I LOVE Forager&#039;s Cashew Yogurt...I eat it daily...I&#039;m partial to the unsweetened vanilla.

Thanks for the suggestions on how to make it dairy and gluten-free. Do you mind if I add your suggestion to the post for others who are in similar situation?

But more importantly thanks for the saggy sofa tip. My daughter has exactly the same problem with the same shaped cushions. I’ve saved that too and will show her on my weekly grandma visit to Brisbane tomorrow.

The yogurt plum cake:
Dairy free and GF is mandatory for me. 
I modified the ingredients. 
I used:
Bob’s Red Mill cup for cup GF all purpose flour. 
Forager’s unsweetened dairy free cashew yogurt with natural probiotics (4g of protein per serving) in other words real yogurt plant based.  
Italian plums. 
Sprinkle of cinnamon For topping
Followed your recipe. 

I was fearful that is might turn out stodgy or heavy. 
It is light as air and very yummy.
