					<description><![CDATA[I started out with this recipe and had 1/2 bushel of peaches and decided to do them all !  I used 10 Cups of Sugar and juice out of 1  1/2  Large lemons.  I cooked for 1 hour.  Turned out great, lots of patience!!  The trick with the cold plate really works and was greatly apprecaited.]]></description>
