How to Make Elote Dip

Cutting the corn from the cob and dicing the jalapeño are the hardest elements- use rubber gloves when dicing jalapeños.

Add corn to a warm skillet to which butter has already been added and melted.

Add garlic and jalapeño and saute. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and tajin seasoning and stir to combine over low heat.

Cilantro & Cheese

Remove from heat, stir in cilantro, and place in a bowl. Sprinkle on cotija cheese.
