I did a whole bunch of research on making chocolate truffles and found chocolate truffle recipes from both ends of the difficulty spectrum and everything in between.
My floavorings included the following, but you can add anything you'd like!
raspberry jam, Chambord, espresso powder, Kahlua, orange zest, Grand Marnier, and sugar, cocoa or powdered sugar for dusting.
