Valentine’s

Day Bark

and bonus tag Printable!

I enjoy all the ubiquitous chocolate barks during Christmas and decided to do a Valentine riff on it.

– 5.5 ounces good-quality Bittersweet Chocolate – 5.5 ounces good-quality Semi-sweet Chocolate

Ingredients

My toppings included the following, but you can add anything you'd like! – 3.5 tablespoons candied orange rind – 4 ounces dried cherries – Nonpareils

By simply melting semi-sweet and bittersweet chocolate, pouring it into a pan, sprinkling the desired topping, letting it sit for 2 hours, and cutting it with a heart-shaped cookie cutter, I have the perfect Valentine’s Day Chocolate Bark.
