This easy, no pectin plum jam recipe is perfect for those new to canning and preserving. It is a simple recipe that lets the flavor of the plums shine through.

Prepare your canning supplies and jars. Then collect all your ingredients and begin the jam.

There are plenty of ways you can add new bright flavors to your jam recipe. I loe rosemary added to the sticky sweet plums!

The sugar helps the fruit juices thicken without the use of pectin. - And it is another way I love to add to the sweetness of the plums.

Prepare the Fruit

Simmer the fruit on low for 7 minutes until the juices are released from the plums- then drain catching the juices in a bowl.

Jar and Serve

Once the canning process is complete refrigerate to keep the yummy jam cold. Then, why not make some homemade toast?!
