Granny Smith Apples

Orange Juice

Strawberries

Rhubarb

Sugar

Lemon Juice

Canner, Jars & Lid

Chop, prep and prep the fruits as directed in the recipe.

Easy Steps...

Melt the apples into the orange juice, add in berries, rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice and apple peels pouch.

Doneness testing

Put a small dollop of jam on one of your frozen teaspoons and return it to the freezer for 1-2 minutes until the bottom of the spoon is cool. If when you push it with your finger, it wrinkles a bit, then it is done.
