Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Lillet Blanc chilled
  • 2 tablespoon Rosemary Simple Syrup chilled, see recipe below
  • 4 ounces Seltzer chilled
  • Sprig of Rosemary
  • Ice cubes

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 Rosemary sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Place ice cubes in 2 glasses and divide Lillet Blanc and simple syrup between the 2 glasses.
  • Mix to combine
  • Add Seltzer Water and Rosemary sprig

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • Combine sugar and water in a saucepan
  • Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves
  • Once dissolved, turn off the heat and add rosemary sprigs
  • Let steep for several hours, at least 2.
  • Refrigerate for up to one week.
