  • Combine sugar and water in pot over low heat until sugar is dissolved
  • Add rose petals and simmer on the lowest heat for 10 minutes, with a lid on the pot
  • Turn off and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Strain rose petals out of the simple syrup 
  • Store the simple syrup in a airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to one month.
