A recipe for the classic citrusy, creamy yet light Ramos Gin Fizz which is the perfect brunch cocktail. This recipe uses a blender instead of shaking by hand.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ounce sweet and sour
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 ounces half and half
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 teaspoon orange curacao
  • 1/2 cup roughly cracked ice
  • Fresh Nutmeg optional

Instructions
 

  • Put ice in a blender and add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend 30 seconds to 1 minute
  • Pour into 10-ounce chilled glass
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with a wedge of orange
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Sweet and Sour Mix: 1 parts of each lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and water
