Ingredients

I used Golden Delicious but I might mix some Macintosh with the Golden Delicious next time

For the Crumble
2/3
cup
rolled oats

brown sugar

TB
oat flour
or regular flour if you're okay with the gluten

TB
butter
cut into small pieces
Pinch
of salt
1/4
cups
chopped nuts
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350'F
Cut and peel apples into small pieces and toss with the cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Set aside.
Combine oats, brown sugar, oat flour and salt.
Using your fingers, massage the butter into your oat mixture
Divide the chopped apples among your 4 skillets or ramekins
Sprinkle topping equally over the 4 skillets
Bake at 35-45 minutes or until apples are soft and topping is brown.
