1/3cupfresh cilantrofinely chopped
2tablespoonsvery finely chopped onionyellow, sweet or red onion
1habanero peppervery finely chopped (see notes)
Zest from half of a lime
Juice from 1 lime
1/2teaspoonground cumin
1/4teaspoonsalt
