Crunchy, salty, and loaded with Parmesan goodness, these cheese crisps are the ultimate quick and easy snack or appetizer. Perfect for entertaining or as a low-carb alternative to crackers, these crisps are made with just two ingredients and take less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Try them on their own, or pair them with your favorite dips for a versatile and crowd-pleasing treat.
Preheat oven to 350℉ (177℃), with the oven rack in the middle position.
Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Grate parmesan cheese. Opt for smaller rather than large shreds.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the baking sheet. Use your fingers to spread it out as evenly as possible.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly over the parmesan cheese.
Bake for 11-15 minutes. Start watching at 10 minutes. You want the cheese be lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and immediately slice into squares or rectangles. It hardens quickly, which will make it hard to cut without it breaking unevenly.
Store your Parmesan Cheese Crisps in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Note 1: Don't use already grated parmesan cheese, which is coated with potato starch and powdered cellulose. These additives keep the cheese from clumping together and prevent it from melting nicely.Note 2: Parmesan cheese is inherently salty. A salt-free everything bagel seasoning is a good choice if you are watching your sodium intake.
