Oh yum..this White Wine Sangria recipe is perfect for a hot summer evening. The cucumber, apple and lime just really 'dress up' a glass of wine. And topped with a splash of seltzer, it's the perfect and refreshing drink for entertaining or just relaxing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber sliced thinly, organic
  • 1 granny smith apple sliced thinly, organic
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wine chilled
  • 1 cup seltzer water

Instructions
 

  • Combine cucumber, apple, lime, sugar and Grand Marnier in a container and refrigerate for 1 hour..
  • Pour cucumber/apple mixture into pitcher and add chilled wine and seltzer water.
  • Serve well chilled.
