Strawberry Prosecco Cocktail
This sparkling strawberry prosecco cocktail needs to be on your list of holiday and Valentine cocktails. A little strawberry-infused vodka and some Prosecco are all you need to make this Strawberry Vodka drink for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day or any holiday. An easy recipe with just a wee bit of prep a week before to have a bright and flavorful Strawberry-Infused Vodka come cocktail time!
Whether or not you are celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day cocktail…it’s a great occasion for a special drink recipe. And while lovely and special and bubbly and pink and all those great things, this Sparkling Strawberry Vodka Cocktail also happens to be something else very important for your holiday prosecco cocktail menu …really easy.

Like seriously easy. Just chop up some strawberries a week before, put them in a jar with vodka, muddle them up, and let them work their infusing magic – voila! Strawberry infused vodka!
Come Galentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day or whatever day you wish to serve them, put a little in a glass and top with your favorite, bubbly Prosecco – an easy and ideal strawberry vodka drink recipe.
Done!

Sparkling Strawberry Prosecco Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Strawberry-Infused Vodka chilled
- Prosecco chilled
Instructions
- Place chilled Strawberry Vodka into glass and top with Prosecco

Strawberry-Infused Vodka
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries organic, smaller dice will infuse quicker
- 2 cups vodka
- Sugar to taste optional
Instructions
- Add fruit and vodka to a jar and muddle.
- Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 5-7 days, shaking every day or so.
- Strain fruit from vodka and store in a cool, dark place.
- If you do decide to add sugar, do it at the end of the infusing when you are pleased with the strawberry taste and have strained the fruit from the vodka. The sugar may impact the infusing.
