Valentine’s Day Treats and a Printable
Three weeks! That’s how much time you have to nail down the treats you be making for your sweets this Valentine’s Day. I gathered some delicious Valentine’s Day treats and sweets from around the web…you might need to give your New Year’s Resolution diet a few days off.
And make sure you download the Valentine’s Day gift tags to attach to these sweet treats.
I’ve never been a huge cheesecake fan…in fact, it is one of those desserts (long with M&Ms and Milky Ways) that could sit on my counters for a week and I wouldn’t be tempted to partake. BUT, that was before!
In case you want to make your sweet treat a tad healthier, Natalie’s Fudgy Cocoa Pomegranate Brownies need to find their way to your recipe book.
OK, it’s that cheesecake thing again…Filling strawberries with ricotta cheesecake sounds pretty darn simple and delicious.
These shortbread cookies with jam or Nutella with a strawberry on top are fantastic! Shortbread is just so versatile!
You can’t go wrong with Truffles! And this recipe gives you 3 different options for the flavor of the filling.
I am a sucker for Macarons and these Strawberry Macarons by Living Sweet Moments look perfect! I haven’t ventured into making macrons yet, but these may be the first
My girlfriend Sherry, at the Savvy Apron, has perfected Tootsie Roll Art. You say you’ve never heard of Tootsie Roll Art? Well, take a look at the decorations on her cupcakes and tell me those aren’t little works of art!
No argument here, in my book chocolate is ALWAYS better with a little fruit. And chocolate-covered cherries have been a favorite of mine for years. With Carol’s recipe, you can have your Chocolate Covered Cherries Cake and eat it too!
And for an easy twist on chocolate Christmas Bark, how about some Valentine’s Day bark…

Until next time,
Seriously!!! I think I will take one of each. They all look amazing! Can you tell I am a chocolate loving girl! 🙂 Thank you for sharing!
Hey there friend, you and me both…and the darker the better. Where do you stand on white chocolate? As far as I’m concerned, it’s not really chocolate. It’s one of those things that could sit on my counter for an entire year and I wouldn’t be tempted to have a bite of it.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs, Lynn
It’s still early in the day and the Valentines recipes you posted have me drooling for chocolate…especially the pomegranate brownies and the cherry chocolate cake. Need to finish the yummy blueberry pie made with honey (my favorite pie) that’s in the fridge first, though.
Hi Rosey…those pomegranate brownies have your name all over them! But I do know that you are a sucker for all chocolate in general, so I imagine this was a hard post for you to read. I am definitely going to give a couple of those recipes a try, and soon.
Hugs to you and Bob!
Lynn
I love all these treats and thank you for sharing my Roses Made from Candy. This is such a pretty post!
Hi friend, thanks for stopping by! And thanks for letting me share your treats! I just love those little roses. Have you started your Valentine’s baking?
Hugs, Lynn
Great roundup, Lynn. Everything looks so romantic and delicious… perfect for Valentine’s Day. Love the gift tags. They are lovely. Sharing and pinning! PS Thanks for including my Fudgy Pomegranate Brownies 🙂
Hi Natalie, you are so welcome and thanks for letting me share them! My sister in law is chomping at the bit to make them. I am going to make them this week, but will try to sub the flour for a gluten free option. Have you done that with this recipe?
Have a wonderful weekend
Lynn
I haven’t try sub whole wheat flour with GF but I think there shouldn’t be any problem if you sub them. Let me know how it turned out 🙂
I will let you know!
These all look amazing! I’m definitely going to have to make some of these for Valentine’s Day! Thanks for including my cheesecake bites 🙂
Carolyn, you are so welcome! I can’t wait to make them!
The gift tags are so sweet!! So are all the treats, they look delectable and I love cheesecake in any form! I would love to try out all those recipes and have a huge Valentine’s sweets Fest! Wishing you a lovely day!
You and me both my friend! They all look so good! Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day in Spain?
Thanks for visiting.
